I also took martial arts in order to be able to defend myself. I discovered that theres no way to be invulnerable, but it was very beneficial training and Id recommend it to anyone. There are senseis who are willing to teach students of all ages and abilities.

In our town, door-to-door sales people have to register with the police first. Otherwise, they can be arrested.
