Which is what I predicted would happen. Add to that the fair was poorly planned and managed and the weather's been horrible, it was a recipe for failure. No doubt dump will have one of his famous tantrums over this and blame everyone but himself for all this. Count on it. I hope all the animals are okay. They had no choice in this.
