21. If that's what Maine wants

Yesterday

The question is whether Mills wants to run. From comments, the field was mostly cleared to make it Platner and Mills. As he got over 70 percent first choice, ranked choice voting will leave Mills as second with under 30 percent as the first one out will be Costello.
