made claiming the wrong address a FELONY.
Wouldn't you know it, he was the first person convicted on that, because he did what probably seemed like a minor issue-- voting without changing his registration address to his new home after a divorce.

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana: On February 4, 2012, after 12 hours of deliberation, a jury found Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White (R) guilty of 6 of the 7 felonies for which he was tried, including three counts of voter fraud, two counts of perjury and one of theft.


Paxton apparently didn't learn from this.
