Imagine your friend and Husband2 get their mail-in ballots. Husband2 would lay both ballots on the kitchen table, fill in the ovals as he wishes, folds them up, and says "sign here". As if this was the most normal thing in the world.

I'm guessing she lost the right to vote years ago.
