3. I admire him for standing up for the principles of the US Constitution and calling out the criminals in the WH,

unfortunately, he did so while on active duty and in uniform which violates Article 88 of the UCMJ and will now pay dearly for this.

Article 88 of the UCMJ prohibits commissioned officers from using contemptuous words against certain government officials and prescribes punishment by court-martial.
Overview
Article 88 applies only to commissioned officers and criminalizes the use of contemptuous words against specific officials, including the President, Vice President, Congress, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of a military department, Secretary of Homeland Security, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Commonwealth, or possession where the officer is on duty or present (10 U.S.C. §888)
Enlisted personnel are not subject to Article 88 but may face charges under other UCMJ articles such as Article 134 or Article 117
