Primary was already held. Annie Andrews is the D challenger.
Nobody they can send from SC that will be a more reliable vote than Graham for Trump. Only downside risk for Republicans to replace. Right now Republicans are down to 51 votes. Basically they will be in deadlock on most votes considering the number of members who are in tight races.
