these are bad people who support everything the presidunce is doing.

That, and they take great satisfaction in knowing that it pisses you off.

We're in the middle of an epistemic collapse that is partially the result of universalization of the internet.

I have no doubt you can discern between what is true and what is not true.

The audience the author is writing to either does not have that capability or they do and they're just simple assholes who find other peoples' discomfort and pain a source of joy.
