looks the same and speaks the same language. I agree with you, it would be Northern Ireland under the English thumb on a much larger scale. I think there would be a lot of bombings on Federal targets and workers as well. A lot of people on the Left have their head in the sand as to what could actually happen. It is scary to see politicians being so narrow minded and short sighted. There's a large segment of this country, just waiting for a reason to explode. They are angry for a multitude of reasons and well armed. Taking away their 2nd Amendment right would be the match lighting the powder keg.

I suggested down thread that they should compromise - no AWB or Mag bans in exchange for a mandatory background checks and a three day waiting period for all firearms purchases.
