2. The statistics that I'd like to see are about body cam "failures"

So often in cases when police misconduct claims are made, there's no body cam footage because the camera "failed." "Failing" body cams seem to me a lot like the removed or covered up names and badge numbers when they go to liberal demonstrations fulling intending to commit crimes against the demonstrators, and with their IDs hidden.
