21. I wonder if we could get a well known economist to comment on how effective this might be.

Paul Krugman comes to mind. I understand not everybody here in DU is a fan but he is famous and has a Nobel prize for economics. If not him there are other economists out there.

Note I'm not saying the economist needs to support the movement, just comment on the potential impacts.
