I've read this thread and note many who have never served volunteering as well as some who have served previously, offering to serve again.
I'm just curious, do you first consider those who've never done it yet over those who have? I have often read from those who have done a term that it is an enlightening experience that they recommend all DUers give a try. That's what prompted this question.
