Although I had my left eye done about 8 years ago and at the time they told me I had a cataract growing in my right eye that I would have to have done 'eventually'. Then I went to the eye doc a couple of weeks ago and he told me that 'eventually is here'.
So, tomorrow off to 'ambulatory surgery'. Total of about 4 hours for the pre- the op and the post- then go home.
