Saints ahead 24-23, Vikings are 3rd and 10 from own 39 yard line with 10 seconds left (and no time outs) - Keenum throws to Stefon Diggs for a 61 yard touchdown as time expired. Saints safety Marcus Williams dove at his legs rather than trying for a tackle. After Diggs regained his balance, he had a clear path to the end zone

I agree that #23 ducked under Diggs to avoid pass interference. Upon replay I thought it was obvious
