For all the effort put out by Presidents, Governors, Mayors, Senators, Representatives, and for all the press coverage they get, it always comes down to a man or a lady at the wheel of a tugboat; operating a forklift; 15 stories above ground with a welding torch; digging a ditch in the dead of winter; patching potholes at 1:00 AM . . . . it all comes down to a working wo/man.
