This new indictment is issued to address the immunity issues raised in the SCOTUS ruling- it is 36 pages long- looking forward to emptywheel’s take on it…

Edit: quick skim seems to show the references to Jeffery Clark have been removed, as he was a DOJ employee, and thus Trump’s conversations with him were immune. References to all other co-conspirators, who were private attorneys, appear to be intact.
