My understanding is that he demands everyone around him refer to him as Mr. President or President Caligula and gets pissed off otherwise. Judges referring to him as “Mr” have him throwing ketchup, I’m sure. And as you said, he’s not in office, so he’s not eligible to be called that. “Former pResident” is all he should and is entitled to get…at best. IMO, “Mr Cantaloupe Caligula the Corpulent” is more than sufficient “honor” for him.
