bringing down a child just disgusts me. My youngest brother, now in his late 60's has rarely held a job, a girlfriend or any friends. He goes through a violent life. I had to remove him from my life because he hit me for fun. My other brother had anger issues too but he found outlets and the most he would do was yell. I wish to every being that he was still living. I have anger issues as well but other than needing some quiet time I am making it. My husband knows when to just let me go work things out. I raised 2 wonderful kids without hitting of any kind or demeaning them. It takes a HUGE amount of work and effort. Someone in a family has to start the process. On my side it has stopped. Living with parents like that and pulling yourself out of the self hatred it causes is a very difficult thing. Dad must not have wanted to change and now his son is in big trouble. I doubt his Dad ever puts this together or tries to change.
