(34,007 posts)72. Yes, I saw that in another video.  Looks like a self sooth.  It can continue into adulthood if they aren't aware of it.
        I had a few habits.  When I was in 8th grade, someone asked me, "Why are you saying, "ding-ding" all the time?"....
I responded, "I don't know".   (I picked up the "ding-ding" from watching game shows).  
Maybe I had a previous experience where the classmates said "ding-ding" when someone got the right answer?  Anyway, I was going around saying "ding-ding", totally unaware that no one else was. 
 I was embarrassed and then I stopped.  
I also clucked my tongue alot.   I had alot of little things I did.  
 I had severe ADD
