Dangerous territory I know! But what if the neocons who initially started PNAC and carried it forward under different names every year realize that with changed demographics already here, climate change already here, and the overabundance of their people dying now, that this is really the last time they truly could persuade people their plans are good for people.

Could that be the reason they actually published it this time and said the quiet part out loud.
