They aren't necessarily throwing all of their flagship weapons at Ukraine. They can't afford to. They still need to provide a fairly staunch non-nuclear military deterrent if for nothing else but self preservation. I will freely admit I've never thought they were a military juggernaut (as was being sold to us for decades so that the MIC could reach deep into Uncle Sam's pockets). But they've got some fairly formidable weaponry and it's weaponry like nothing we've faced since WWII. Is our weaponry superior? Well yeah (it fucking better be all my tax dollars wasted on it yadda mfers) if it were to come to heads up. But we'd never roll them in a week, not even a month. It would be a very long and bloody battle, mostly on their side more than likely because they have the world's largest meat wall. We'd take a hit, a hit I think none of us wants.
