after this year will probably create a real panic among homeowners and the exodus has been going on for years. USAA stopped insuring homes there ~ 15+ years ago.

Will people take the money and run? Will more uber wealthy build on what’s left?

If you want to know if there is global warming just check what the insurance companies are doing. They don’t care about political bs, it’s all hard cold numbers.
