It's the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms.
The sergeant at arms can compel senators to come to the Senate Chamber to establish a quorum and can arrest and detain any person violating Senate rules. The sergeant at arms also is responsible for issuing subpoenas at the direction of the president of the Senate or a committee chairman.
And yes, Schumer can have the Senate's Sergeant-at-Arms refuse entry and even detain the unruly Republicans who resist him.

Its over. Of the 130k outstanding votes only 43k or so are from strong D areas - Philly mainly. The other 87k

Sen Schumer is my Sen so I e-mailed him about McCormack, and the Sargent at Arms in case he hasn't truely tet won.

If there's a recount, it will be irrelevant whether McCormick has been escorted around, right?
