36. If there's a recount, it will be irrelevant whether McCormick has been escorted around, right?

If the difference between the candidates is < 0.5%, the recount is mandatory. If Pennsylvania determines that Casey has won, the fact that McCormick was "shown around" the Senate couldn't influence the result, right? It's just about trying to rile up the outrage of their base, like everything else.

The result will be what it is either way.
