62 billion in 3 years in only around 20 billion a year, the US Defense budget was 916 billion in 2023.

In the 2022 fiscal year, the total amount spent on public K-12 education in the United States was $857 billion.

In 2022, the total amount spent on healthcare in the United States was $4.5 trillion.

I don't think 20 billion would have moved the needle much on those. YMMV
