Including death or serious injury due to poor design, lack of quality control, and irresponsible marketing promises.
This is only about how badly Tesla has performed as a manufacturer, not about EVs in general. I think they had a few good ideas, but they really missed the boat on proper vehicle design and assembly while rejecting well established best practices in this field. They could so easily have done better and still produced unique and ground breaking vehicles. Hubris, I suppose.
