keep, lets say 200 stores open, they'll save 200 jobs.

I'm being sarcastic here for there are usually only 1 person working in the store (at least the one I went too). They're more interested in saving the billionaires who own the company money, by probably making the employees suffer more by paycheck cuts, etc.

That's why I don't shop at these places like this. Big lots, Dollar General, etc.

Where they buy out the inventory of closing merchandise stores, stock the bought-out merchandise throughout these stores at higher markups.
