20. The sewing of hatred has a double purpose

It blinds the downtrodden so they blame other downtrodden for their suffering. It also allows the rich to get more for less, effectively taking more from the downtrodden.

It is hard to have sweat shop labor when a person can escape and get legal comfort. There is a clear incentive for the rich to drum up hatred for the downtrodden. The more they can abuse people from other countries, the less they have to pay people from other countries or our own country.
