2. Removal? For BPH?

Usually, full removal is done when cancer is detected. For BPH, they usually just do TURP or HOLEP surgery.

Maybe his inability to pee is why he was so grumpy.

On the bright side, no more ejaculation. So, he won't be able to produce any more progeny.

He better be careful. I hear hospitals in that region attract bombs.
