... I recommend that you scrutinize your EZPass monthly statements very carefully. There are bound to be errors and double-charges on these statements, and it will take time to get the kinks worked out of this new system. You must keep written records to prove they made errors.

In the meantime, overcharges will stand unless you COMPLAIN. They will keep dinging you and hope nobody notices.
