Alleged war criminal RSF commander Gen. Mohammad Hamdan Daglo Mousa.
This is an ethnic war between "riverine Arabs" from the former ruling class in Khartoum and "Darfur Arabs." These "Darfur Arabs" were considered backwards and “Africanized" by the former rulers. But "Darfur Arabs" comprise the RSF base and in turn dislike the former Khartoum ruling class. Russia is duplicitously supplying both sides of the conflict.
