Try to pull this shit about every five years. I've lived in close proximity to Utah for decades and this shit comes up in one or more of the Rocky Mountain states just like clockwork. Next you'll be hearing this shit come up in a Congress that doesn't understand the Constitution.

At least the court turned them away, for now.
