Example: I was asleep, then I woke up. Now I can see and hear what's going on around me, and make informed decisions concerning these things.
This is the natural state of humanity. You are either asleep or awake. To be anti-woke is to be opposed to the idea of being awake.
That is to say, being a zombie.
