Canada supposedly has a price advantage and, yet, lumber mills are closing down all over the place because they can't compete. Instead, we're shipping our raw logs overseas to be turned into lumber there and I think shipped back to the States. It's asinine to punish American consumers for needed products, especially in places like California when the rebuilding starts.
