I don't understand... Fentanyl sold over the internet on the illegal "silk road" is somehow okay... but damn the country if it goes over a spot in the border they're not watching 24/7?

Drugs are drugs... either you're for 'em or you're against them. How in the hell does rump thread that needle? Why doesn't anyone ask him to explain the difference?
