God, Trump is such a worthless fuckwad.

For all of the problems that we face in this country, for all of the ways we fall short of our fellow nations in the developed world, there was one thing the US still did better than any other country: medical research. Doctors and medical researchers came from around the world to do their studying here.

And Dipshit wants to end that.
