Even the 100 bucks for power sucked back out on a smaller scale to what musk did to NY.

Also a small landlord who had a section 8 renter that this months rent never showed up and is over 10 days late. This was a couple who had a few homes they had bought and fixed up to rent out. Call thought they could be doing this to drive small time rental owners out of business so big investors could buy up more properties. By the way the landlord was also on the hook for the power bill in addition to the rent.
