I know it's no surprise, but he's clearly targeting the West Coast. Not only has he pulled funds for reducing fire risk and fighting wildfires, but he has ordered the Bonneville Power Administration to fire a large number of their workers. The freaking BPA, whose employees are highly trained and take a long time to replace.
So, jerk wad wants to burn us to death and cause power outages!
