8. Federal Forests?

Much of the land in western states are U.S. Forests or owned by the Bureau of Land Management which means are owned and managed by the federal government. There are funds allocated in the bi-partisan infrastructure act for cleaning-up of this land. The current administration wants to cancel funding and blames the state governments for not cleaning up land which is the federal government's responsibility.
