There is a BIG difference between "taking joy" in or even taking note of something, and actually carrying out any criminal activity like vandalizing.

THAT should be the take-away here. I.e., to establish that there is no "1984"-style "thought police" running amok.

BTW, in no way did I say it was sanctioned by the Democratic Party. Now you are just putting words in my mouth (on my keyboard? 😀

When you say "We" on a discussion board that has a TOS that says this in part -
