Their budget has been going nowhere either, so they seem to have a lot of time on their hands. 
What was bad about this was finding out that Gymsuit had the NERVE to have set foot here in Philly. First I heard that he was here at that tournament although since he used to coach wrestling, I suppose that would have been expected.
