On the grounds that the entire operation is illegal, tainted and wrong, and that the Alien Enemies Act can NOT be applied in this way. Yes arguably non-citizens currently here legally can have their papers revoked and sent back to their HOME COUNTRIES, but to a foreign hell-hole prison? No fucking way that's legal. That is NOT in the text of that Act.

Also, blue state AG's should start issuing warrants for people like Little Marco, for 100+ counts of felony kidnapping and false imprisonment. As another poster recently said, the time for political niceties is over.
