I didn't see that in the article. It's an important distinction, or it should be.

Tejeda was living in the U.S. with I-220B, or an "Order of Supervision" after having been detained for nine months when she first arrived. Since then, she married Valle, who is a U.S. citizen who has lived in the country since 2006.


I'd imagine this lady is the wrong kind of Cuban.

No Green Card, but we have recently learned that Green Cards can be rescinded at the subjective opinion of the SoS. Just make sure your wife (who is Chinese IIRC) doesn't have controversial opinions on Gaza...
