I suppose there are some admirable billionaires. For example, Jim Irsay, owner of the Indianapolis Cols passed away yesterday. He certainly negotiated a crazy deal that got billions from the taxpayers of Indiana. But he was also known as a man who had a big heart and hundreds of stories of his quiet generosity to those in need are being told today.

So being a billionaire is not inherently evil. In the past, I probably would have agreed that, rhetorically speaking, we shouldn't be against billionaires per se. But this is a different time. If there are some "good billionaires", let them speak for themselves and let them show the public clearly where their heart is. Because this system is now dominated by the more common species, evil bastard billionaires who feel entitled to vast wealth at the expense of everyone else in our society.

The American public is coming to realize this, so I think at this moment, it is best to attack the entire lot of billionaires as a class. Accuse them all of being amoral creatures consumed with wealth and completely contemptible in their lack of concern for society as a whole. THIS RESONATES because it is true in 99% of the cases.

And for that 1% of billionaires who are not complete bastards, the old saying applies, "To those with great fortune, come great obligations." Let them prove their decency through their actions.
