May it please the Court:

Counsel for the Defendant in the instant case has requested the judgment against the defendant be overturned as it "severely damages the presidency."

Counsel for the Plaintiff notes that the Defendant has "severely damaged" the presidency of his own volition so many times that anything this judgment might do to the presidency won't even be noticeable.
