This budget reconciliation bill is jam packed with stuff that doesn't belong there. Her job is to allow for an easy way to purge that stuff prior to a vote.
She's not pushing a "woke" agenda, she's seeing to it that the bill follows the rules for such a bill.
Republicans don't like that...well too bad.
This bill is 1116 pages long; far too big for most members of Congress to actually review (yeah, I know, it's their job). So, someone has to look at it with a critical, non-partisan view. Thus the Senate Parliamentarian gets to do that job.
Unfortunately the bill stinks, but Senator Tuberville likes it like that. As long as it smells good for Republicans.
