(13,479 posts)28. SCOTUS declares that each state may interpret the Constitution differently
Is that really what they are telling us here? I really hope that is the case. If it is, I want my state to secede. It will be allowed now, if each state can interpret the Constitution as it sees fit. Many states can leave the US and join Canada if we want!

+1. On positive side, we aren't bound by 5th Circuit, arguably most right-wing federal appellate court in the country.

How would his son's citizenship be a problem? Trump , who is the father, is a citizen so his son is also.

She didn't become a citizen until after he was born thus Barron isn't a full citizen even if he was born here.
