A disaster declaration is one thing - actual cold, hard cash is something else.

As my Grandmother used to say “if his lips are movin - he’s lying.

Color me skeptical.

If the Govenator and Patrick think Trumpy is gonna bail them out - think again. Trumpy already used you. Election is over, border secured - game, set match, suckers!
