If that doesn't tell you there is no actual substance to her accusations, then nothing will. The whole point of the document was that Russia didn't hack the voting as if that is the only way they could influence the election. The Obama administration never claimed they hacked the election. However, there is tons of proof of cyber activities by Russia to influence the election by targeting certain populations with disinformation and misinformation. There is absolutely no question that this happened.

But even if the allegations were true, how the fuck is that treason? The Obama administration claimed Russia interfered in the election which is proven 100% true. Obama never claimed that Trump won the election solely due to Russian interference. Meanwhile, in 2020, Trump claimed that the election was stolen which was 100% false and tried to steal the election himself by installing fake electors. And Gabbard claims Obama is the one guilty of Treason? It's a total fucking joke.
