More votes go to Dems in state wide races in NC because the Repubs can't gerrymander districts the way they have since 2010 for regional races.

BUT, the Repubs have managed to gain control of all the county election boards in the state, as well as the State Election Board. So, we have to expect shenanigans.

Repubs will stop at nothing. They have no morals, no integrity, and no respect for The Constitution.

Cooper is well liked and respected. It remains to be seen just how down and dirty Repubs will get in this race.
